Abstract of the talk
This talk will discuss the electricity generation problem and how to cope with the huge demand for ICT (Information Communication Technologies) technologies. We will address new paradigms for radio communications and alternatives to make energy available when needed and wher needed. It is expected that Net Zero Radio alternatives will be available on the market in the future.
Biography of the Speaker
Dr. Borges Carvalho is a member of the IEEE MTT ADCOM, the past chair of the IEEE Portuguese Section, TC-20 and TC-11, and also belongs to the technical committees, TC-25 and TC-26. He is also the Chair of the URSI Commission A (Metrology Group). He was the recipient of the 1995 University of Aveiro and the Portuguese Engineering Association Prize for the best 1995 student at the University of Aveiro, the 1998 Student Paper Competition (Third Place) of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (IEEE MTT-S) International Microwave Symposium (IMS), and the 2000 IEE Measurement Prize.
He is a Distinguished Lecturer for the RFID Council and was a previous Distinguished Microwave Lecturer for the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society. In 2023 he is the IEEE-MTT President.

報(bào)告摘要:電子信息系統(tǒng)持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,其中相控陣系統(tǒng)已歷經(jīng)數(shù)十年,架構(gòu)、形態(tài)和技術(shù)不斷演進(jìn),每一次的重大變革都帶來性能的飛躍。然而,未來應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景、工作環(huán)境、適裝平臺(tái)等的不斷變化對(duì)電子信息系統(tǒng)提出了可擴(kuò)展、可定義、可重構(gòu)的新要求。本報(bào)告主要以相控陣系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和發(fā)展要求為切入點(diǎn),聚焦開放式相控陣,探討其概念內(nèi)涵、主要架構(gòu)和典型應(yīng)用,探索新一代射頻系統(tǒng)形態(tài)。

胡明春,男,1963年2月生,1989年5月畢業(yè)于南京電子工程研究中心,碩士研究生,現(xiàn)為中國(guó)電子科技集團(tuán)首席科學(xué)家,第十四研究所研究員級(jí)高級(jí)工程師。胡明春同志長(zhǎng)期在軍事電子科研一線,從事雷達(dá)天線理論研究和系統(tǒng)總體工程研發(fā),先后被授予國(guó)務(wù)院享受政府特貼專家、兩化融合十大領(lǐng)軍人物、江蘇省“333高層次人才工程”專家等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào),先后獲得國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng),國(guó)防科工局等省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)20余項(xiàng)。

報(bào)告摘要:面向雷達(dá)、移動(dòng)通信、衛(wèi)星通信與衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航等電子信息領(lǐng)域科技創(chuàng)新的測(cè)量需求,重點(diǎn)分析了寬帶測(cè)量與高速測(cè)量、時(shí)域測(cè)量與頻域測(cè)量、穩(wěn)態(tài)測(cè)量與瞬態(tài)測(cè)量等熱點(diǎn)測(cè)量技術(shù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),介紹了電磁信號(hào)密集、波形復(fù)雜、狀態(tài)多變的復(fù)雜電磁環(huán)境模擬與測(cè)試評(píng)估,線性與非線性網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)測(cè)量與表征、寬頻帶微波同軸測(cè)量、太赫茲波導(dǎo)測(cè)量等測(cè)量?jī)x器研制進(jìn)展,提出了測(cè)量、計(jì)算機(jī)、控制、通信與人工智能(MC3I)深度融合的現(xiàn)代測(cè)量?jī)x器體系架構(gòu),預(yù)測(cè)了領(lǐng)域內(nèi)未來重點(diǎn)發(fā)展方向,并提出未來發(fā)展意見和建議。
